This was obviously once a beautiful old property that has now fallen in to disrepair. We only saw one member of staff who seemed to be doing everything. He was lovely but trying to manage a sinking ship. The whole place is tired, the rooms, the towels. Even a leaking ceiling in the entrance. Such a shame.

It was the most terrible experience during our trip around Europe. This “villa” is not only dilapidated, creepy and damp, but also very dirty! Grey towels, garbage bin was full, no amenities at all, no basics as shampoo or soap. And cherry on top - insects in the room and a huge spider on the wall, that made us afraid to sleep at night. The “breakfast” consists of a few buns and some yogurt, there were no healthy alternatives. Don’t choose this hotel!!!!

Undoubtedly a fine place 20 years ago, but not now

This might have been a glorious hotel years ago. But our impression in 2024 is that maintenance has been lacking for quite some time. Moisture in the ceilings, spiderwebs in the dining area. The majority of the sun chairs by the pool was broken. Breakfast was a failure. Individually plastic wrapped bread (croissants and the like). But “fresh” bread was served in person, but it was quite dry (1cm of the edge of each slice was dry). Asked for butter quite a few times (in English), and the answer was “yes”, but we never got any. But tomatoes and “cheese” (again individually plastic wrapped slices) was served instead. We concluded that the butter was lost in translation and therefore deemed the dry sliced bread ineatable and stuck to the cake-like plastic wrapped bread instead.

Albergo trovato sbarrato Nonostante fosse presente sul sito e confermato, al nostro arrivo lalbergo era chiuso. Toccato spostarsi per 100km per trovare altra sistemazione. Bene assistenza expedia, ma.un disastro organizzativo.

Gefallen: nettes kleines Hotel, Pool, großes Grundstück, familiäre Atmosphäre, toller Ausblick Nicht gefallen: für 4 Sterne hätte es sauberer sein können, der Fernseher lief nicht und die Klimaanlage war schlecht. Renovieren wäre auch mal ganz gut.

Chambre avec vue sur la montagne point positif , lit confortable Petit déjeuner compris , il n’y avait presque rien sur les tables, il restait les tables du dîner de la veille qui n’était pas débarrassé Piscine avec le robot à l’intérieur, eau très froide pour un mois d’août Cet hôtel est pas entretenu, on dirait que tout est a l’abandon, c’est un peu flippant Nous sommes arrivés dans le couloir où se trouvait notre chambre, par un ascenseur ancien qui met 10 minutes pour faire 3 étages, la porte de notre chambre ne s’ouvrait pas, le monsieur de l’accueil nous l’a ouvert gentiment mais il y avait quand même un problème. Dans la chambre, la Clim faisait beaucoup de bruit. Nous sommes partis dîner, quand nous sommes revenues nous avons essayé de baisser la température , elle ne marchait plus. On a été cherché le monsieur de l’accueil à 22h qui s’est gentiment déplace, il a essayé de la réparer pendant 10 minutes, il n’a pas réussi. Donc on a changé de chambre, geste très appréciable. Seul point positif de ce séjour.

L’unica cosa che mi è piaciuta della struttura è stato il giardino.. peccato che all’interno non ci fosse la stessa cura. Si può sorvolare sicuramente sul vecchio mobilio.. ma sulla pulizia no! Polvere e ragnatele ovunque, ma la cosa peggiore è stata il bagno…sporchissimo! Non solo non era stato pulito dopo il soggiorno precedente al nostro, ma aveva incrostazioni tali da far capire, molto chiaramente, che erano mesi, se non anni, che non venisse fatta un’accurata pulizia della stanza, in particolar modo del bagno! Mai trovato un posto tanto sporco.. sicuramente non in Italia… ma a quei livelli neanche all’estero.. pessima gestione.. un vero peccato!

Etape imprevu dans cette Auberge, suite à un imprévu sur la route. Rapport qualités/prix très intéressant pour une réservation de dernière minute, et proche d'un 15 août. Le monsieur de l'accueil a ete très accueil, souriant et sympathique. Merci de votre accueil!

Non mi è piaciuta un 4 stelle rubinetto rotto che gocciola sciacquone rotto ruggine in doccia sporca e vecchia mal ridotta fon rotto colazione pessima 1 cornetto a testa e 1 yogurt e 1 caffè sul tavolo e basta ripeto 4 stelle fuori tutto secco e trasandato orribile

L’edif Sicuramente è bello ma dentro era tutto un po’ trascurato, peccato per un albergo a 4 stelle. La location stupenda, la piscina bella ma da sistemare. Spero lo rimettano in sesto perché merita di più. Il personale educato e gentile.
