"Overall, my experience was very good. I like the location of this hotel. It's a walkable distance to High street. Service was excellent in the restaurant and room service was very responsive to all issues that i had. Only complaints i had were the wait times for elevators, it is a popular hotel and there were many guests. The swimming pools were excellent, but the water was cold to swim. Maybe a solar heating system could be installed to heat the water. "
