"We had reserved the hotel the day before. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room was not ready. The front desk said we would need to wait for the room to be cleaned, about 30 minutes. Or we had the option to go to the room of the first floor, but we had paid for the upper level room. But we would not be able to use the pool or have anywhere to put our things. After requesting a refund, they were magically able to find a clean room within the room we had paid for.

"Adorei a hospedagem, os funcionários, a limpeza, etc….ocorre que na minha cama tinha umas formigas minúsculas que me causaram alergia. Limpei tudo, passei repelente, tomei um antialérgico e consegui dormir . Tirando esse fatídico foi tudo joia! A piscina é maravilhosa. O serviço de bar tb! "

"Passamos uma diaria em família excelente. Apenas algumas ressalvas. 2 adutos e 1 criança, mas o quarto so tinha uma cama. Quarto do lado sol à tarde muito quente. O ar condicionado nao resfriou muito. Paredes do banheiro quentes. Água da pia e do chuveiro muito quentes por conta de o quarto ser do lado do sol pela tarde. Mas todo o restante maravilhoso: atendimento muito bom. Piscina ótima."
