"Walking distance to train station. Quiet place. Staff was nice, breakfast was delicious. Just the check out time was very sharp at 11am, better packed your stuff the night before or else the cleaning lady will urge you to leave. Overall was good."

"1.環境真的非常清幽,安靜到不行 2.有配合的早餐店,對於有行程的人而言蠻省事 3.民宿是在社區內的其一房子,所以開車出入都由社區的統一出口,停車是在房子的樓下B1,不用找停車位也省事,只是空間只能停兩台車...然後拿到的鑰匙就會有一大串... 4.有提出加被要求,一進客房就有看到,只是蓋了幾天後,另一伴就滿腳小紅點癢癢的... 5.冷氣吹到第二天就不冷了,插頭要拔掉再重新插上運作才有冷風吹 6.住宿前已被告知,房間是雅房,廁所在一樓,只能說廁所很有年代感,所以使用上會覺得清潔度只有50%(馬桶刷太髒) 7.房間清潔度算乾淨 8.離台東市區開車約20分鐘 9.房間有備水但沒冰箱,一樓客廳公共區域有水可自行拿取 10.台東似乎民宿都不備冰箱?! 11.民宿老闆不同住,這棟只給房客使用 12.如果有預算考量或是攜帶寵物的倒是推薦"
