"Very close to the train station, sadly only stayed one night but found our room was spacious, comfy and clean. Exactly matched the photos on website. Happy to stay there and had a lovely stop over in Miyazaki. "

"East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars "

"Mediocre hotel service. Parking charges for 1000yen/day unlimited entry. Was told to pay for 2 days upfront as to ensure a space but ended up hving to park in a nearby area away from the security of hotel vicinity which we refused since payment was made upfront. So do make sure to clear this with staff during check in. Bfast was good. Room average. Location essential. "
