"The room was small but efficient. Bathroom and room were clean and smelled clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They didn’t miss anytime we’d leave or enter the hotel. The staff spoke English well even for the individuals who didn’t feel confident still put in the effort and there wasn’t any awkwardness. The breakfast was good and kitchen staff were also very friendly. Overall staff were very pleasant. Ac worked perfectly. We didn’t use the laundry or public baths but that was because we were too busy exploring. The tv has a section to give you status updates on the public baths and laundry and included times the load will finish and if the baths were busy or not. They offered robes at the front desk before heading upstairs and both shower slides and regular slides to use around the hotel. This location was very convenient. Right at the shopping district, near Aeon Mall, JR station, rental cars, and much more. Keep up the great work! We’d definitely stay here
