Very convenient, good value and clean hotel
I stayed here overnight and took a ferry to Helsinki early the next morning. The hotel is only c. 5 minutes from the terminal and ideally located. The room and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I posted my rating on google : I recently stayed at the Tallinn Express Hotel (like most people I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels… this one is at the bottom), and while the service was acceptable, my experience was far from ideal. Despite booking a double twin room, I was given a room with two single beds. This was a significant inconvenience and a deviation from what was promised. The noise level in the hotel was intolerable. The lobby was filled with loud music playing well past 1 AM. This, coupled with the paper-thin walls, made it impossible to escape the cacophony. The sound of neighboring TVs, loud conversations, and particularly the sound of children running and screaming through the halls early in the morning, severely disrupted my stay. For anyone who values a good night’s sleep, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of incorrect room allocation and excessive noise makes it unsuitable for restful stay.

Budget hotel but clean and good location.
This is what it says on the tin it’s a budget hotel - if that’s what you expect then you won’t be disappointed. The room was clean but dated. The bed was comfy - small pillows but if you ask reception they will give you another. Shower Water pressure was good. Communal areas were really nice and updated. And the tv in our room had some English channels - nice way to wind down after 22k steps. 5 min walk to the ferry terminal for Helsinki. We paid €140 for 3 nights. My only flaw on this hotel was on the Saturday night most of the rooms on our Floor had 13 year olds staying in them, there wasn’t an adult in sight and from 9 - 11 pm they were running up and down the corridors banging on their friends doors and then slamming doors, the walls were thin so they shook everytime a door was slammed. We did ask them to stop several times and called reception however apparently the rules are they can make as much noise as they like until 11pm. Another thing to note is that there is no kettle in the room - hand wash and body wash in the bathroom. Also bolt eats deliver to the hotel.

Easy to check in using the on line check in. The employees are polite and helpful. The only negatives are that while room itself was clean, the carpets are stained and it gives the impression that it’s dirty. The other issue is there’s no air conditioning and in summer… it’s very uncomfortable, even though you can open the windows. The location is perfectly situated to the old town as well as the ferry terminals. Good spot for budget travelers.

The hotel is very good, has an excellent location. The reception staff is fantastic. The SPA is great, the kids loved it. But there are two points that deserve attention on the part of the management: 1. My room keys broke EVERY day. Every time I got to the room I had to go back to reception to reactivate them. 2. Breakfast time was until 10 am, I arrived for breakfast at 9:40 am with children (who eat slowly). At 9:55 the employees simply started to collect things without even asking if we wanted anything else

Good deal for comfortable no-frills
The hotel is no frills, but we were very happy with our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the room hade everything we needed. The breakfast was too expensive, so we walked over to the Rimi hyper on the waterfront and got fresh baked goods instead. Hotel parking was expensive, so we parked in a lot about 100 meters down the road for 6 Euros/24 hours. We used the pool/spa one afternoon (8 Euros for adults and 4 Euros for kids for 3 hours for Express guests). This was much cheaper than staying at that hotel. We extended our stay because we were pleased with the hotel.

Not enough beds, no air con, poor service
I had to line up for 50 minutes to check-in. I tried to do it online but when I went to collect my keys from the self-service terminal it didn't give me any keys. So after 50 minutes, I checked in for 3 adults, and then I got to my room to discover there were only 2 single beds. I tried to call reception but they did not answer the phone so I had to go back downstairs and line up for another 30 minutes. I was promised a 3rd bed would be put in my room. I had a shower (Shower was nice and powerful) and went out returning later at night to discover no 3rd bed. The front desk was empty so I was forced to sleep on the floor with no bedding or pillow. I had to line up again on the second day to ensure I had a third bed delivered for my second night. Terrible service and I feel I should not have paid the full amount for night 1 as I was forced to sleep on the floor. My other problem was there was no air conditioning so it was uncomfortably hot in the room making it very difficult to sleep (even when I had a bed).

Slow inefficient check in. No AC control in room, central AC useless! Hot uncomfortable room. Opening window didn't help as no significant air circulation. Carpet and bathroom floor dirty. Toilet seat loose. Deadbolt on door would not engage. Thin walls, noise from adjacent room. On the plus side towels and sheets were clean and plenty of hot water for shower. Would not stay at this hotel again.

The photos listed by hotels.com are of a Different hotel from the same group and therefore I feel got cheated.I booked this hotel based on the photos that pool & spa facilities are available but upon arrival we were told these services are not available in the hotel I have booked and is a different hotel from their group.

Buena ubicación y staff maravilloso
El hotel está bien ubicado, tienes la opción de pagar por el spa que está súper bien. El staff es maravilloso, en especial un gran agradecimiento a Mariana en el buffet del desayuno, súper amable! La limpieza le doy un 6/10. Había basura debajo de la cama y el inodoro estaba sucio. Del resto todo muy bien, temperatura perfecta en las habitaciones, silencioso, cama cómoda y ducha con una buena presión. Si algún día vuelvo a Estonia seguro que volvería, por la amabilidad del staff en general y el spa que está genial y mis hijos la pasaron súper bien.
