"Rooms aren’t clean. Coffee stains on corner of bed, slight blood stains on white sheets. Obvious stains behind the sink area. Extremely rusty toilet door hinges"

"Clean and spacious room"

"Price to value low. 19th floor had a very bad musky and mouldy odour from lift to rooms. Carpet in room had exactly the same smell. There’s an issue with their air conditioning. Breakfast in club lounge is the worst I’ve had. For $200+ SGD, this is not what I expected. It was kind of them to upgrade us from junior suite to suite but you’d expect better from the room."

"The breakfast was not included in our package. We paid extra to have the breakfast. But it was a surprisingly good meal. Not much variety but food are tasty.. and they actually have fresh fruit juice. Not bad "

"Certainly spacious and well located. Lobby is probably the nicest part. Didn’t try the cafe. The place is showing its age - from the rusted aircon units, to the inefficiency of them, to the peeling paint and patchy woodwork, to the thread bare towels and holes in the bathmat. Fine for one night but most likely won’t be back."
