"At check-in, I was not informed shower is only open from 6PM - 11PM and 6AM - 10AM. So, I woke up late next morning and took a shower at 11AM. The next day, I did the same at around 10AM. "Huuuuge rooms by any city standard. Lovely spa/waterfall tub. Not far from Kyoto or Gion. Located in residential area. Amazing rooftop - also huge with lovely views. Dryers did not work - 4 hours later our clothes were still soggy. Staff helpful. Recommend. "
