"I stay here many times a year. I think this was my 3rd of 4th time this year. There was a minor hiccup at check in. I was assigned a room that was being fixed. Went back to the front desk and was reassigned immediately. However it was on the 4th floor and around a long hallway. I am terrified of heights. I took the stairs to avoid walking around the long walk way from elevator. It helped a bit with my anxiety but I really would have rather had the first room we were assigned. The room was nice as usual. Kids enjoyed the pool. I would suggest you bring floats because it’s pretty deep for little kids. (4 feet is the shallow end up to 7 feet) I have yet to try the bar/restaurant and I have been here nearly 20 times over the years. I saw nachos of someone else and they looked really good. Anyway. Nice views and the outdoor sitting area gives island vibes not Florida. Love it. The weather was nice!"

Most importantly, the staff provided exceptional service—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."
