First of all, the stunnign view made me speachless. Cannot believe every room has this kind ocean view. It was totally worth it. Second of all, the staff there was so kind. We first stayed at The Tsubaki Tower at the end of 2025. The check-in process was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful ocean view. The breakfast buffet was served after 7:00, 7:30 or 8:00, but everyone was very active and ate a lot of breakfast from the morning. For our last dinner of the year, we had an Italian course meal. Each course was very sophisticated and delicious. As a side note to the meal course, the pairing wine was so delicious I got drunk. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days. It was a very valuable experience and it allowed our family to start the New Year off very happy. It was the perfect New Year's holiday trip. All I can say is it was fantastic. Finally, I would like to offer some criticism. The room was not cleaned on the second and third days. It seems that it was set as if we were not reserved for that room. That's the only thing I regret. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience for us.

I stayed here for three nights. The room had access to the club lounge, so I had no problems with food, from breakfast to afternoon tea to dinner. The food was delicious at all times, the staff were friendly, and my three-year-old grandson was delighted. It was the first time I've stayed in such a wonderful hotel and been so impressed by it. I'd definitely like to stay here again next time.
