"This was a great place to stay. Some of the staff spoke English very well. The only downside to it was the restroom. The toilet was so close to the wall that my knees were pressed against the wall when in the sitting position. As for standing they have a urinal downstairs. "

"温泉とバーは最高でした。和食の料理頂きましたが満足もでき美味しかったです。 プールは印象より小さかったのですがプールの温度調整もしてて居心地がよかったです。 一階のオーシャンビューに宿泊しましたが、窓からの景色生えてる木とかであんまり海が見えなかったのが残念でした。 夜になるとレンストラン・バーからの夜の景色が全くなくて外の照明ちょっとあってもいいかなって思いました。 全体的にサービスと雰囲気が最高で満足出来ました。"

"This hotel is on top of the hill with no access by bus or train. For self drive guests, parking is very limited. Walking up the steep hill narrow road from the bus stop is very strenuous - not the casual walk of a km. However, the hotel manager offered to bring us by his van down to the bus station. When we finished our dinner near the Shirahama Aquarium, the restaurant lady was very helpful and called the hotel and the manager sent the van to pick us back. A very different type of...

"Property was decent, but is in need of some renovation (which it appears they are doing right now). The staff is friendly and accommodating (very few speak English, but they try their best). The hotel is short taxi ride from many areas, including Tanabe. They have a vendor selling fresh oranges in the lobby, which was a nice surprise."

"Sauna was not available, though I wanted to take. It was not explained in web site when I booked."

"The hotel is at an excellent location although the decor is a bit dated. The room is big with a balcony overlooking the famous Shirahama beach. The hotel staff were the most helpful. The lady staff was in the phone with various parties to help us sort out our punctured tire on the day we checked out. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she was the only female staff there on the morning of 3 Nov 2023. Thank you so much!"
