Very good experience with perfect view of Shirarahama Beach. Impressed by the sunset view, the jacuzzi and extremely in-room cleanliness. If enlarge breakfast variety it will be perfect.

Everything was good, cleanliness, space, friendly & helpful staffs, location & etc. The only discomfort I had was the thin layer of futon mattress. The blanket was warm and comfortable but the mattress was very thin. Not comfortable to sleep on.

Great hotel

The hotel is at an excellent location although the decor is a bit dated. The room is big with a balcony overlooking the famous Shirahama beach. The hotel staff were the most helpful. The lady staff was in the phone with various parties to help us sort out our punctured tire on the day we checked out. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she was the only female staff there on the morning of 3 Nov 2023. Thank you so much!

南紀旅行の最後で、三楽荘の湯♨️と食事を楽しみにしていました。熊野鬼ヶ城から那智勝浦を廻り、2泊3日の最後の旅程で白浜へ。三段壁、千畳敷と最後に円月島へ。丁度夕刻で円月島の真ん中に夕陽が下りてきて、最高の写真が撮れました。ところが、その直後、テトラを踏み外して、アッと思ったら、左からがぶらぶら！骨折してしまいました…自力で救急車で呼んで病院へ。一応の診察と治療をしてもらいましたが、この後、自宅のある愛知へどうやって帰ろうか、今夜どうする？ 三楽荘に連絡してとりあえず予定通りに一晩泊めてもらうことにしました。すると病院まで迎えに来て頂いた上に、円月島に置いてあった車まで持ってきてくれました。その後、大阪にいる娘が特急くろしおで駆けつけてくれ、翌朝無事に愛知まで帰り、病院の診察を受けることができました。三楽荘の皆さんにはご心配をおかけし、骨折した私を皆さんが気遣ってくださいました。車まで持ってきてもらい、治るまでお預かりもいいですよと言って頂き娘の宿泊にも便宜を図って頂きました。ちなみに、骨折してたのにも関わらず、料理は美味しくすべて頂きました。片手しか使えない私を気遣ってもらい完食しました。お酒が飲めなかったこと、湯に浸かることが出来なかったことが残念でしたが、湯に入った娘は凄くいい湯だった❗️今度また来たい❗️と言ってました。本当にありがとうございました。骨折が完治したら、是非再訪させて頂きます。勿論、世話をかけた娘と家族に感謝を込めて皆で宿泊させて頂きます。その際はよろしくお願いします。
