"The staff were lovely, offered to dry our washing free of charge. They were polite.
Rooms were spacious, very clean and as promised a beautiful view of the water.
Only downside, no lifts as we were on the third floor. It makes it hard when you have a person with a disability. We worked around it, but not everyone can. Overall a great place to stay"
