The man at the front desk was very rude - obviously having a very bad day. Said he had never heard of Hotels.com, never had an affliation with them (I explained they are owned by expedia). I hadn't at that stage booked my room, as when I decided to spend the night in Merimbula I was across the road ...

The parking for the Unit was on a sideways slope and it was hard to get into and out of the car. From the photo we expected it to be on ground level but we had to get up 6 old steep dark brown steps to access the deck and entry door. Very difficult in the dark. Not easy for a 79 and 83 year old. ...
