시설, 청결도는 좋았습니다. 그리고 그리스 원형 극장에서 가까워서 좋았습니다. 그러나 해변가를 가기엔 멀고, 타오르미나 버스 터미널에서 내려서 숙소까지 가는 길이 오르막이라 걸어서갈 때 힘들었어요ㅠ

Quaint, clean and in the center of it all

I only had one day in Taomarina, so I wanted to be close to the amphitheater and shopping district. This was perfect. You can take the local bus from the train station for 2eu and be at the hotel in 15mins from the bus stop. Comparatively the price cannot be beat.

Great location to see Taormina

The hotel is situated on the Main Street so it's perfect if it's your first time in Taormina. The room has everything you need and a nice big balcony however we kept running out of hot water which was not pleasant. Overall the room was clean and the hotel is good for its location.

Great location, great staff.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location cannot be beat. The staff is terrific and very accommodating. The room was okay. Decent size. VERY small shower--isn't even a shower really, just a curtain around a small area of the already small bathroom. Air-conditioning could have been cooler. The main issue is with the iffy wifi--which was terrible at night. We had to constantly ask the front desk to reboot it which was a pain. There should be someone slated to reboot it every few hours. Otherwise, we were quite impressed.

Hotel bom

O hotel é bem simples, mas muito bom. As pessoas que lá trabalham são educadas e prestativas, te explicam todo o necessário sobre a cidade, e ajudam a pesquisar passeios. O quarto é bom e limpo, a cama é macia. O banheiro é pequeno, mas é limpo, seu único defeito é o chuveiro que sai pouca água, é muito fraco, poderiam melhorar isso, pois chegar cansada depois de um dia de caminhadas e tomar um banho com pouca água não é agradável. O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, eles te dão um voucher para tomar o café em uma cafeteria próxima; é o café da manhã típico italiano, um cornetto, suco de laranja e um capuccino, tudo muito gostoso. O wifi é fraco, tinha momentos em que ele não funcionava, isso também poderia ser revisto. De uma maneira geral minha experiência foi boa, o hotel é super bem localizado no Corso Umberto, principal rua de Taormina, o que facilita, e muito, conhecer a cidade. Fica a uns 10 minutos andando da estação de ônibus, uma caminhada tranquila.

Hinta - laatu kohdallaan.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Kadun meteli kuuluu yöllä. Onhan se pääkadun Varrella. Hotellin henkilökunta avuliasta, kaikki järjestyi. Taormina meille liian turistinen. Kaikinpuolin onnistunut matka.

立地だけなら

観光には最高の立地です。夜はかなり騒がしく寝られませんでした。ホテルのスタッフの人の教えてくれた電車の時間が違っていたり、、ホスピタリティはいまいちです。

Fantastic Hotel!

What a great hotel! Guiseppe was so nice and accommodating. The upstairs bed was a little firm, but the downstairs ones were fine. A little noisy, but you're directly on the main street. AC worked amazingly and there was plenty of hot water. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great hotel, centrally located

A nice little hotel right on Corso Umberto. I do not think that every room has one, but I had a beautiful balcony looking towards the Greek Theatre and the sea. Room and decor was perhaps a bit dated, but it was comfortable enough and the location is great. Giuseppe was a very generous host.

Good location, lack of service

We arrived for one night in Taormina. The hotel location was perfect, in the heart of the bustling main street. We arrived early to the hotel and we got the room immediately (before the time of check-in). We left the suitcases in the room without delving into the details of the room because we were in a hurry. When we returned (around 7:30 p.m) we discovered that we got a room without a balcony despite the invitation explicitly stated that. Since reception closes at seven a.m it was impossible to contact anyone with this issue. In the morning, when we told the receptionist about the problem his respond was cold and he said he didn’t remember and that we should have come earlier . Another problems (that could have been easily resolved if there was someone to talk to) was a lack of blankets- aside from the sheet that was on the bed, (and it was cold at night). There was no TV remote, and for those who matters there was no safe in the room (it's possible to deposit at the reception). Beyond that, there was one closet that was locked in chains and another closet were with Cleaning Tools (did we get the cleaners room?). All in all the hotel is nice, but take a good look ta the room when you arrive.

Far too expensive, misleading ad

Even if the host Giuseppe was really welcoming and helpful, we were really disappointed. In the first place, our booking included a balcony in the room, which wasn't available for unexplained reasons. We were given an ordinary room on the first floor overlooking busy and noisy Corso Umberto Primo, with a small window which meant the room was quite dark and unpleasant to stay in -we had to close the windows to avoid the noise, on top of that. Giuseppe gave us free breakfasts in compensation and offered to change our room the second day but this would have made it too complicated in terms of logistics so we had to stay in the ugly room. No bedside lamp and few sockets, water drips out of the shower curtain.There is a kitchen which cannot be used (extra cost).The fridge worked ok and there was a desk and chairs. Breakfast was at Liccio café, nothing to write home about -a very simple coffee, watery orange juice and dull pastries which are not up to the standards of Sicilian good cakes and specialities. The worst thing was in the Hotels. com website the hotel featured a communal rooftop terrace which just did not exist. Giuseppe was surprised at this and contacted the website to correct the information. But no balcony plus no terrace meant a big change to our stay.

Nel pieno centro della città. Permette di muoversi in piena libertà avendo tutto a due passi. Stanza ampia e spaziosa, ben tenuta. Pulizia buona. Possibilità di connessione con wi-fi. Personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. la reception non è aperta 24 ore al giorni, pertanto il servizio di check-in è disponibile fino alle ore 19.

Super Hotel, absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir waren zwei befreundete Paare und haben in einem Vierbettzimmer zwei Nächte verbracht. Super war, dass das Zimmer über zwei Stockwerke ging, was jedem Paar trotzdem etwas Privatsphäre schaffte. Es gab zwei WCs (eins oben, eins unten) und eine Dusche (oben). Es war alles sauber. Das Hotel Circe liegt MITTEN in Taormina. Man geht hinaus und steht mitten in der Innenstadt. Wir fanden das super, denn so hat man keine langen Wege und ist schnell bei Restarants, Bars, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Guiseppe, der Hotelbesitzer war sehr freundlich und sympathisch! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir spontan eine Nacht länger geblieben sind, was problemlos klappte. Wir würden sofort wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

Will never again go there

A very bad experience. Only one light on the room's ceiling. Dirty and lousy bathroom. Bad service.

Sea view... If you have binoculars!

We arrived by car, the hotel was extremely hard to find as it was on the main pedestrianised street which could have been highlighted for drivers. We parked about 10 min walk away- but after finding it the actual location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The man on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room itself was a little odd, very weird pictures were hanging, a triple wardrobe that was chained up so could not use and our sea view ( which we paid additionally for) wasn't great... I little stretch over lots of other buildings which I feel was a little misleading. We only stayed one night had left quite early fur the airport- not a bad stay but wouldn't stay here again.
