Local muito agradável, lindo e confortável. Pontos negativos: sem agua quente para tomar banho no dia de saida (indicaram que era um problema se muitos hóspedes tomassem banho ao mesmo tempo) e tinha saido da piscina com o meu filho de 7anos; ar condicionado avariado e sem referirem à entrada (deixaram um aquecedor no quarto); na zona da piscina mal se consegue respirar de tanto abafado que estava (nos dois dias).

Situation magnifique et lieux tres calme. Les bungalows sont grands et isolés au calme. La climatisation est bruyante et vieillissante. Manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain luminosité trop faible . Manque porte savon et shampoing dans la douche. Concernant le lavabo c est la même chose la luminosité est trop faible on voit rien pour se raser , et pas de tablette pour poser trousse de toilette j ai ete obligé de prendre une chaise. Le lit est confortable. Ca Manque de décoration dans le salon et la chambre trop vide.le petit déjeuners était parfait et la piscine magnifique. Il manque peignoir et chaussons en rapport avec la classification. Pour moi l hôtel est un 3 etoiles pas plus. Merci beaucoup.

Foi boa, mas achamos que o hotel precisa de uma reforma. Tb as toalhas de banho, mãos etc nao condizem com a categoria de um hotel 4 estrelas. São de qualidade inferior, muito finas e ásperas. O elevador é um monta cargas! Tambem tem o cofre dos quartos q possuem um sistema muito estranho… nao sao aqueles q o cliente coloca apropria senha… e as “chaves” ficam na recepçao numa gaveta… entregam quando vc faz o checkin… ou seja nao tem “seguranca” nenhuma…. Qualquer pessoa pode saber os codigos dos cofres..

Excelente hotel que merece a sua visita

O Douro Cister Hotel fica situado numa zona privilegiada da região de Lamego, ao lado das caves da Murganheira, que se podem e devem visitar, e de Salzedas onde sita um mosteiro que foi construído após uma decisão de mudança de um local onde agora estão expostas as ruínas da Ordem de Cister, e que ficam na propriedade do Douro Cister Hotel. Cultura à parte, o hotel tem excelentes instalações, um Spa com piscina interior, sauna, banho turco e sala de massagens. A piscina exterior tem boas dimensões e uma vista fantástica para as montanhas da região, e muito perto do Rio Douro onde pode iniciar uma bela viagem de comboio a partir de Peso da Régua. A 5a estrela é atribuída pela relevante simpatia da equipa que ali trabalha e da qual apenas nos resta deixar excelentes referências.
