“Breakfast outsource is just Croissant and coffee. No cooking facility, microwave or refrigerator. Basically It s only a place to sleep overnight for the next day. But it s clean and the water is hot and good. At Night It s Noisy because Piazzas operate underneath late into the night. It is acceptable, if you can handle some inconveniences. Good location ,Need to pay attention when check in hard to find address in you coming late in the evening. If we come back to the area will stay there again.”

“Quarto limpo, funcionários muito atenciosos, piscina bem cuidada e numa localização com vista privilegiada. Nota 10”

“The property was adorable, super clean with a lot of amenities!! The owner was so sweet and helpful. Close to many places, so great location!!”

“This B&B was very modern and clean. Beautiful bathroom and good sized shower. The host, Milena spoke good English and was very helpful arranging transportation to the cruise port. Pre-arrival communication was through WhatsApp and very detailed. The place far exceeded expectations. I’ve stayed at some of the more common older hotels in the past but this place is a winner and I will return.”

“The property is old and needs upgrading. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room had a musty smell. However, the owners of the property were very nice and helpful. The garden is very beautiful.”

“Wonderful stay at BB Homestality, Via A. Doria 4, Civitavecchia! We stayed for one night and had an absolutely perfect experience. Marco, the manager, went far beyond what we expected to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. The room was spotless, the air conditioning was perfect, and every comfort was provided. Marco’s partner, Pia, is an out-of-this-world chef. Her food was truly special and made our stay even more memorable. Marco’s warmth and kindness showed in every detail—even...

“Simone and staff were great. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. We will be back.”

“Nära stranden. Bra med tvättmaskin”

“A beautiful property with very well appointed rooms. We loved the homemade cake and fruits and using the Moka for morning coffee. The pool is tiny, more like the dimensions of a hot tub. But for a lovely B&B near a wonderful medieval town and not too far from FCO, it was perfect!”

“Very good”

“Mattina posizione per visitare il centro.”

“A hidden gem, an small boutique hotel in the old centre. Great walking, brekkie tasty with an amazing view. Would love to be there in warmer weather to enjoy the back gardens! They register your car license as you have to drive into a controlled area, with secured parking thru their gates. A great sleep!!! Would like to visit longer 😊”
