"The owner was a helpful man but the property missed living up to even our relatively low expectations. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were hard even by Italian standards. There was only an old fashioned and questionable bedspread. No blanket and the nights got cold. The furniture was leftover, cheap and uncomfortable. Breakfast was nothing to talk about. With just a little attention, this drab, worn out and uncomfortable room could be a smash hit with its great bones and fabulous...

"Nice place, had indifferent weather, some spectacular rain storms. The Hotel was quite unusual and not too easy to find but once there room was OK, breakfast was a bit limited but fine and the town is really nice!"

"We decided to stay at Podere Giullio, because we wanted to be kind of close to the airport after getting off s flight from Sicily to Rome. The drive from the airport was a little longer than we anticipated and we did have difficulties finding the agriotouriismo ....but after some friendly directions from a lovely man just closing up his shop, we finally arrived and happy to be there. What a lovely place. We had a suite that would sleep 4 comfortably. The best part was the restaurant on the farm....

"Upon checking in, the staff person insisted on seeing passports for both of us even though the reservation was in my name and I submitted mine. My roommate did not bring her passport. The staff person was insistent and rude. Finally, when I said I wanted a refund, she relented and allowed us to register. If this is a requirement they should state it clearly on their website and through Expedia."

"This hotel is run very run down and service not great. You also have to pay several fees once you get the hotel. For example, you have to pay 25 euros or. day to use the sun chairs at the beach which belongs to the hotel. AND if you want to lay on the grass on sun chairs you have to pay additional 25 euros or. day. Never before did we have to pay to use hotel furniture. The pool has very limited opening hours and there are no sun chairs by the pool. So while your kids are swimming you get to...

"It was just average in every means! a bit worn out, but on other hand very quiet and free parking. if you drive north from Rome, it makes sense for a great price. nice people are running the place and I got good dinner. had bno time to wait for breakfast, though"
