"Clean room and pleasant staff"

"Nice quiet location. Ample parking. Cozy and clean room. Handy local pub, shop and butchers across the road. Good freshly cooked breakfast."

"Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. 5 stars is not enough."

"Great staff Fabulous breakfast Clean room"

"Great hotel, my room was small, but the hotel is in the center of town and that worked for me. The waiting staff were great and helpful and stopped for chats as I was travelling/eating on my own."

"Lovely comfortable room and excellent staff. We really liked the food- dinner and breakfast were spot on."

"A nice place to stay with family. Kids loved the place."

"Great stay for 1 night when heading south."

"Lovely hosts, really excellent breakfasts, good facilities, clean and comfortable room. A real 10/10 sort of place."

"As usual the Taunton Holiday Inn Express was excellent. Immaculate room, good breakfast, easy parking and helpful staff."

"Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all."

"Comfortable accommodation in an interesting historic property"

"Clean, comfortable, relatively quiet and at a great price. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Clean and tidy. Bedroom smelt like someone had smoked in there before me. Parking good. No staff (which was advertised to be fair and the codes worked!). No hot water for the morning shower and no one to alert. Overall, average but ok for a place to sleep for the night."

"The property is set in beautiful surroundings.. staff very polite and food excellent, room clean and comfortable will definitely visit again"

"Lovely cottage with great size rooms. Parking was not so easy on a bank holiday weekend. Well appointed kitchen. Great shower."

"A few imperfections that need addressing but overall a really nice property in a great location."
