Staying here was an excellent experience. As an American, the process was very easy and the staff spoke good English. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and plentiful beyond most western hotels I have stayed at, and the pool area is excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Alina, Norbol, and Azziz were especially helpful.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff was good and helpful. The cleaning personnel was good always busy cleaning the facility. Special thanks to Gulya from cleaning personnel , she was always attentive and supplying enough water in the room. Breakfast was ok , getting kind of boring and repetitive in a little while. They need to add more breakfast items, like breakfast croissants, eggs Benedict etc.

Busy hotel / Clean / Nice Restaurant

This is quite a busy hotel and it looks like many of their customers are people who are visiting Uzbekistan for business. The location isn't great and there aren't restaurants near the hotel. Thankfully there is a restaurant at the hotel which serves excellent italian food. We dined at the restaurant twice, and the staff (a young boy) at their restaurant provided us with great service. The hotel lobby is beautiful. We are happy with our room, which we find to modern and tastefully renovated. One grouse is that the heater in our room was somehow not warm enough.. (The heater in the shower is much better). Breakfast was a huge buffet spread. Business was good and they don't seem to have enough spare seats for guests as some had to share tables for breakfast..

Excellent Hotel near Bodomzor

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable. Behind the Radisson Blu hotel close to Bodomzor Metro station and Amir Temur road. Very good breakfast. Nice modern rooms, good WiFi, TV with English News channels,comfortable beds and minibar with some free soft drinks. Kettle tea and coffee. Nice pool and pool area. Very good stay and arranged an Airport transfer on our arrival.

Overall it’s a nice and small hotel, good for a short stay, but definitely needs some improvements. What they need to do asap is to hire new housekeepers. They don’t do their job right and don’t supply with fresh towels, soap etc. One day they left me with an open water bottle half emptied. Breakfast was good, they need to teach their waiters how to smile though. Pillows are hard as hell. Nice pool and patio area. Overall it wasn’t bad for a price.

空港タクシーで１１キロ１２５０００スム。 ケトル、冷蔵庫、無料ペットボトルあり。 地下鉄Bodomzor駅近く、バス停も近い。 道渡って前には国立銀行があり、両替出来ます。 朝食が豪華で毎日変わります。 次回もここに泊まりたいです。

Great Value Hotel

I have stayed at the Novruz twice and would gladly stay there again. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, with great beds. The breakfast has greatly improved since the new addition of the hotel was completed. It is an excellent value for the price. I highly recommend it.

Очень достойный отель за разумные деньги.

Прямо в центре города. От выставочного центра - не более 1 км. До Национального банка - 300 метров.Неплохой (отличный) завтрак. Минибар в номере- бесплатно (с пополнением) - 2-3 вида соков и холодный чай. Хороший кондиционер.Относительно неплохой интернет.Окна правда особо не откроешь - шумно..- черех 200 метров центральная улица, но звукоизоляция хорошая.Отличный рецепшен.

2回目の滞在です。事前のリクエストもきちんと返信して下さり、出発時刻が早かった私達に、朝食用のお弁当を用意して下さいました。レセプションや部屋で無料の飲み物があるのは、本当に助かりました。部屋はやや小さめですが、新しい設備に加えて、清潔さは申し分なく、安心して過ごせました。タシケントの都会で、家庭的で良心的なサービスはとても嬉しいです。地下鉄駅も近いのでオススメです。

This was a brlliant place to stay located near a good few restaurants and bars and with a lovely park alongside. Just brilliant staff who solved every problem I created. Limited but very nice breakfasts.
