Disliked: Staff & service, amenities

Based on the Hotels.com website, there is false information attached to this property. It states that there is a fireplace, kitchen amenities, and breakfast included. None of this is accurate. As well there are no windows in the rooms, the air is stale and the AC did not function. The positive is location.
