On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. "Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the hotel is well located. We have stayed there many times. The only complaint is the was a staircase directly in front of our window so anybody using it was looking directly into our room."

"New hotel, well maintained, great staff and atmosphere. Spa was amazing as well with the staff from Bali. Food is really good as well and music program at the roof bar was fantastic. Absolutely loved the hotel and my experience there."
