**Disappointing Stay – Poor Maintenance and Lack of Customer Service**
For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from check-in to checkout.
Upon arrival, we found a stain on the bed, a bathtub that barely drained, an unstable bathroom shelf, and a smoke detector that beeped constantly throughout our stay. I documented the issues and brought them to management's attention, yet none were addressed before we checked out.
To make matters worse, housekeeping is an additional charge, but the property doesn't provide basic cleaning supplies for guests to maintain the space themselves.
While I understand that maintenance issues can arise, what I find unacceptable is the complete lack of effort to resolve them once reported. At this price point, guests should expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained unit is the opposite of what I received.

Loved the breakfast! More options than I hoped for. Staff was helpful and property was very clean. 4 stars for facilities bc AC was not functioning on arrival. Desk sent someone to check it promptly. They were unable to fix it. We were moved the next morning to a new room without any trouble or fuss!

"The place needs lots of renovations. It’s an old building. The bed had no cover, just the sheet. The towels were very thin and there were no hand towels, just one towel per guest. The TV is old and needs to be reset every time you use it. There is no restaurant available just the breakfast in the ..."

"Hotel novo, limpeza e localização são boas. Mas não aceitem ficar nos quartos que ficam no térreo. São próximos a cozinha, e o barulho fica insuportável todas as manhãs."
