"Excellent small hotel. Every amenity, helpful staff and good restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Large room and very clean"

"Had a really lovely stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was great. We enjoyed a fabulous evening meal and an excellent breakfast. Looking forward to a return trip."

"The room was clean, lovely to have a bath. Breakfast was delicious by a wood burning stove. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved being close to Wells next the sea. Garden view room 5 did not really have a view of the garden from the balcony because it was on the end. Overall, enjoyed the stay."

"Fantastic pub and accommodation which we booked at short notice - staff were exceptionally friendly and gave us a tour guide book and suggestions for local beaches - food was excellent highly recommend"

"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Really friendly, excellent service food is amazing"

"Lovely hotel with clean rooms and great staff."

"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

"Very nice hotel, well situated by the coast. The room was spacious."

"Although this accommodation is off the main routes, it’s very comfortable, clean and the food very good for both breakfast & dinner, and will currently use again."

"Really had a lovely stay"

" Comfortable stay and brilliant food"

"Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean."
