Fantastic place to stay. Convenient location. Hassle free parking, although this is an extra charge. High standard of cleanliness. Good size balcony, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow its use. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

The property was good, clean and quiet. Unfortunately the pricing wasn’t in line with what Expedia quoted and the hotel said it was a commission charge which put me over my company budget.

Very impressed with this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious for 3 of us. It was tasteful and comfortable. The location was great! We could walk to restaurants and around the town easily. We couldn't get the "hotel parking" because it was full when we arrived (so cannot comment on that), but we were able to easily park on the road outside 'for free' because it was a weekend in NZ - Yay! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Tauranga. Thank you!
