Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. From Lusia at check-in to the porters, spa team, and restaurant staff, the service felt thoughtful and personal. Being remembered by name and celebrated all day for my birthday was incredibly special. A huge thank you to Vikrant, also known as Vicky, the best concierge I have ever worked with.
