“1. Rooms had a bad smell, possibly due to rainy weather, but no effort was made to address it such as turning on the AC or burning incense. 2. Had to change rooms due to a broken shower head, indicating poor room maintenance and oversight during check-ups. 3. The new room's bathroom ceiling was full of mildew, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and maintenance across multiple rooms. 4. Despite experiencing multiple inconveniences, there was no apology from the staff, particularly at the front...

“Staff was wonderful, happy, felt like we had known them for years. We found this all over Fiji. Didn’t surf but enjoyed the near by diving. Only bummer is our Burra didn’t have hot water or only had really hot water. heater was having an issue. Staff were informed and I’m sure they are fixing it. Look to return some day to surf.”

“A very peaceful - private location!”

Hot water was intermittent at times Food was mediocre at best for the meal plan price of $130 per person per day, I understand that it is a remote and takes money and effort to get the food here Dive operation can use some improvements for sure Lack of boat dock here is a major drawback They need to build a small dock so that dive operation and guest experience can be better Diving was...
