"first, the best asset are the staff. there are there for you to help you with everything, the property is located in a quiet street, in the medina 10 minutes walk from the blue gate. The rooms are in good size, but you need to use steep and narrow steps to get to the room (the staff will help you the luggage) they will arrange tours for you as well pick up from the train station and airport. The breakfast is good, but if you stay for long time, can be the same every day"

"The hotel room was filthy. Dirt on the floor, dirty shower area. There were minimal towels. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late and they went above and beyond for us to order dinner in our room since the restaurant was closing in 10 minutes. Breakfast was good, again very kind. The location is rough, lots of aggressive beggars but there was a man outside to help out with them and parking as that was challenging also. Lounge was nice. "

"Nous nous sommes fait recaler par le réceptionniste en nous disant que il n’y avais plus de chambres libre et qu’aucune réservation n’etait a mon nom . De ce fait aucune solutions ne m’a été donné ( surtout à 23h30 du soir ) , nous avons donc appeler le service client de expedia qui ont essayé de le rappeler . Le réceptionniste leurs a raccrocher au nez . C’est une expérience vraiment à oublier"

"Ac wasn’t working staff didn’t wanna change room cuz he said the maintenance guy wasn’t there which they could ve just changed my room . Bathroom was dirty the way smelled bad carpet was dirty ."

"The hotel has a genuine and most interesting decor. Our rooms are three flights up but we enjoy climbing up the old narrow stairs. Regretfully we only stayed one night. It was a last minute plan to visit the city of Fes. The hotel had been very helpful preparing early breakfast at 2.30am to help us observe fasting in the Ramadhan month. Will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is very close to Ras El Ma within a few minutes walk and with beautiful street leading to the waterfall mentioned above. It looks nice outside but in my room you can smell the sewer leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Both rooms in my unit were very cold and only one heater working (it was only 6 Celsius that night) I booked 2 nights for my stay but when I arrived they said there was only one night available. "
