My fiancรฉ and I stayed at this hotel for our wedding last week. A day prior to our wedding, I asked Maria at the front desk if she could recommend a place nearby, that could steam my fiancรฉโs wedding dress. Maria & Nanka (manager in duty) informed early in the morning of our wedding day that they had found a place to steam both my fiancรฉโs wedding dress and my tuxedo. She also guaranteed me that the dress and the tuxedo will be ready at least 1 hour before we were scheduled to depart the hotel to our wedding ceremony.
As promised by Maria and Nanka, both the dress and my tuxedo were delivered to our room in perfect condition. My fiance and I, were able to get married without any issues or delays because of Mariaโs and Nankaโs hard work and determination and for going above and beyond, to please a complex guestโs request.
The hotel was very nice. We were upgraded to a riverview view room, which had awesome views of the city and the river. Room was very clean, and in perfect condition. Bed and linens were impecable and very comfortable.
We will definitely return back to Tbilisi to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Riverview.
We really want to thank Maria, Nanka and all of the front desk staff from the bottom of our hearts for treating us exceptionally! They all complied with our requests whether they were small and simple or big and complicated!
