"I didn’t see any vineyard, but the Hostal is surrounded by a tree-filled plaza with little restaurants and cafes, and a churro wagon!
The churro wagon is a mixed blessing because it has excellent churros and an enormous neon marquee that flashes when it’s open- and it’s open late- so on New Year’s Eve, between the happy noisy crowd that stayed up till dawn and the strobe lights from the churro wagon, a shirt over my face was a necessity.
The hostal itself is lovely, with a good [and busy] restaurant on the ground floor, tiny elevator and hallways, all with pretty modern finishes, and while the room I was in was tiny, it was just right.
The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. "
"Nice modern hotel in a great part of town, conveniently located in the city center, and walking distance from the old town, seaport and more. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was small but efficient, with all modern amenities. The terrace bar was an added bonus. I would recommend it. "
"We booked a superior apartment, balcony with seaview, and for the price, this was an excellent stay. Room was fairly simple and could have used better bath products (not a fan of 3-in-1 shampoo/soap/body wash), but the views were stunning of the pool and beach, location was prime, and rooms were always clean. The included breakfast was also very nice, with fresh squeeze orange juice. Front Desk staff was helpful. Overall, I would stay here again. "
