"The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were kept clean. Not much to do in the immediate area. The transportation to and from the trains were always on time and reliable. I didn’t have the breakfast bar included as part of my reservations. Hindsight, it was the best decision as the breakfast/dinner bar menu’s were the same everyday except on Saturday or Sunday. To add breakfast/dinner the cost few dollars/yen more. I’d say less than 10. Check out the Lounge and Lawson’s for meals snacks. The Lounge provides a calmer atmosphere. This property and its staff were awesome! "

"Beautiful hotel with a fantastic stay overall. The property itself is stunning and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options. We especially enjoyed the onsen — it was clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again!"

"It's good to have a Family Mart at the hotel lobby, but forbidding eating inside the store and the lobby is a real inconvenience. "

"This hotel is centrally located for easy transportation and sightseeing. Tokyo station has abundance of restaurants and shops. The property is super clean and has all necessary amenities. The restaurant at the hotel is wonderful. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing and above all expectations. Will stay there again."
