"Excellent location in the heart of the city in front of Vernissage. The staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The bathtubs in the bathrooms are not practical and should have been replaced by a shower. The breakfast was okay as they were not accepting orders for anything other than what was in the buffet. They were no proper coffee and tea machines so we had to ask the waiter for the espresso and tea but had to pay in we wanted a second one"
