We had two newly remodeled rooms - fresh, clean and spacious. Other rooms in the property are in various sizes staging of remodeling, which restricted guest use of elevators to just one. Other elevators were being used for construction crews 7 days a week. Results were interminable delay of guest elevator! Unacceptable!

The room was clean and the location was great. There were things to do nearby but it never felt overwhelmingly busy.

It's a noisy neighborhood. The hotel kindly provides earplugs, but it's not enough to shut out the heavy street noise that continues well past midnight on weekends

Fabulous and welcoming staff, shout out to the ladies on reception who were SO friendly 😊 Great location Amenities are fantastic, water filter, laundry and microwave Room was clean and spacious Definitely staying here again and would recommend to anyone staying in NYC
