“the room was clean . Staff was very helpful, especially the front desk. we also enjoyed using the spa.”

“위치좋음, 금연방 달라고했는데, 체크인해서 올라가보니 방에 담배냄새가 났음. 거기에 향기탈취제 뿌린듯한,, 그래서 전화했더니 프론트로 와달라고해서 갔더니 죄송하다는말 없이 바꿔줬음. 나의 체크인을 맡았던 직원은 불친절했으나 그위에 직원분이 나중에 빠르게 처리해줬지만, 사과에대한 답은 듣지 못했습니다. 동양인이라고 무시한건가요 ㅜㅜ”

“Overall this hotel is a nice boutique hotel with professional staff but the room i stayed did have a non working temp controller. Even if i cooled it down no heat came out at all.”

“Amazing place, at the most beautiful area of old Jaffa. Room and common spaces are well thought after, with uinque and luxurious items and overall feel. Food at Breakfast was one of the best I have eaten at any hotel. Only thing I would improve is the fact there was no snaks at the mini bars (empty with a few sodas/mineral water) and that the towels are small and feels cheap (by any standard).”

“The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again”

“Normal facilities and room. The only thing I satisfied was scenery from terrace. Drinking Water is not included in the room, and even we should order 2 bottles with room service. I think the room is quietly old. So if you just want to stay in close area from beach, this hotel could be attractive. But unless you want you any activities, then choose more modern and affordable hotel in city.”

“Really nice little hotel if you want to stay close to Rothschild boulevard. Very decently priced and has all the needed facilities. Nothing fancy and gets the job done. Would definitely stay again. ”
