"Overall the experience was good. The lobby/structure was lovely and the staff was great. The amenities were nice. The view and room was nice and clean. Parking kinda sucks - Hotel parking is $65 a day/night so if you’re bringing a vehicle be aware. There were also little issues around the hotel: the soap holder in our bathroom was removed from the wall and the chalking remained, there were small areas of chipped painted through the hotel and inside the room, areas where the carpet was coming up slightly, furniture in the room was showing signs of wear. It wasn’t anything major but overall the hotel shows signs of wear."

"The room was spacious enough, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. However, there was a noticeable odor, and the hotel was extremely busy-not so much with travelers, but seemingly with couples looking for a date-night getaway. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10."

"We stayed here for 1 day of our five day stay. The staff was unhelpful and rude. We had called prior to discuss the pool and were told it’d be open. It was not. When confronting staff, we were told definitively it could not be their staff, as the pool had been under renovation months prior to our call. Additionally, our AC did not work, our hot water did not work, nor did the TV or WiFi. We swapped rooms, and all of the problems persisted. There was paint peeling off the walls, wires exposed in the ceilings, none of the ice machines functioned, the stairwells led to rooms that lacked exits and locked doors where key cards did not work. Overall a genuinely terrible experience. I don't often leave reviews, let alone scathing ones, but the PeachTree Hotel was atrocious. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay there. Additionally, the parent company, Marriot-Bonvoy, was generally unhelpful and did not return my phone call. Do not support this business."

"This place has the potential to be a very nice establishment but it is not properly maintained and has stains on all carpets in the walkways to the rooms. It is convenient that you can check in without having to wait for staff, but it is inconvenient when there isn't someone to talk to for concerns. I read in the listing there was a water dispenser but it wasn't in the room and the host did not respond. The iron in the room also didnt work so I ended up buying one and just leaving it because I only traveled with a carry on and had no room. It would have been a much better experience if the host was more accessible. The common areas like the lobby are in very good condition. The apartment I stayed in was very run down. The couch was sinking in, the coffee table was tilted and not sturdy. It is just very poorly maintained overall."

"Our stay at The Georgian Terrace Hotel was okay overall. I had originally booked a queen room with a kitchen and was upgraded to a two-room suite with a kitchen. However, I was a little disappointed because the kitchen was essentially tucked away inside a closet and was not clean, which was not what I expected."

"The staff was amazing from check-in to the service. I had to have someone show me how to connect my phone to Chromecast. I could not believe the breakfast it was not your usual. It was complete with an omelette bar and anything really you could imagine for breakfast. The room was nice and comfortable, and there was a nice feature down on the bedframe when you stepped off at night in the dark lights would come on right there for your feet to help you navigate. And there was enough lighting in the room."
