“The room was well presented and had everything we needed. The shower was a little small and the air con was noisy but we still managed to sleep well in the comfortable bed. All in all a pleasant stay in a really good location.”

“Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.”

“A comfy well-equipped holiday home. The owners were very helpful. We were treated to a very substantial welcoming pack on arrival.
Parking was easy directly outside the house on a quiet road. Easy access to war areas of the Coxwolds. The perfect home from home.”

“Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! ”
