"While the room was massive and the location was extremely convenient, noise was the biggest issue during my stay. Out of the four nights I was there, three were completely disrupted by the club next door, GRILL, which blasts incredibly loud music from 11:00 PM until 5:00 AM. The hotel does provide earplugs in the bathroom, which helped a little, but I absolutely would not recommend this place for light sleepers. To make matters worse, the room amenities are cheap and flimsy. I slightly chipped the edge of the kettle and was hit with a ridiculous 700 MXN charge. They also confiscated the kettle for the rest of my stay and never even provided a replacement. The spacious rooms and great location simply aren't worth the sleepless nights and unfair fees. I would not stay here again."
