"I travel a lot for work and normally stay in hotels within the 100-150 per night. This was definitely one of the best of not the best I've even been in. Clean, renovated with taste, super friendly staff. I normally also look at the little things. This hotel gets 95/100. The only reason I took 5 point off was because the ironing board was not in standard with the rest of the hotel. Everything else - top notch. "

"This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. "

"Rolled in after a 6+ hour drive in the rain to learn the hot water heater shut down all day and no one could fix it until after I was gone the next day. Staying only several hours here overnight, the forced cold shower brings down my rating. I asked about a refund but was told i’d have to track down the manager by email. No one could provide the email address before I left. Waited for someone the next morning around 6:15 but the lobby was empty and i had to get on the road. "
