Room was clean when we arrived… but not cleaned daily. No bed making, no vacuum, no extra! Only two things done daily, towels were taken daily and clean towels put out and two small garbage cans cleaned. The hotel staff wants a tip for that? I will say the staff in the food area were friendly and nice. Food no good! Won’t be back!

The hotel is in a quiet location and within walking distance of a Walmart, several restaurants and two shopping plazas. It’s the only decent hotel in the area and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

Very impressed with this property! Great location (restaurants close, Wine and Spirits store, Aldis, Walmart) in plaza Check in fast and easy Room Very clean Bedding was very comfortable Bath towels soft and like new Large bathroom Large fridge and microwave Air Conditioning worked great Hallways clean 24 hr coffee bar Breakfast was well stocked and plenty of choices Indoor pool available Will return when back in the area!

Stay clear of this property. And especially if you need to change your reservation. Unfortunately, because of an emergency I was unable to stay at the hotel. They refused to accommodate my request and took my money and the general manager refused to even call me back or speak about the issue. For someone who has stayed at multiple hotels. I've never dealt with such immaturity of a manager refusing to call me back.

We've stayed there numerous times but this time, the shower wasn't clean and hairs on the toilet seat. The shower didn't drain and you were standing in a couple of inches of water till you were through. The heat, ac did not work, so hot in the room. No coffee pods.

Our stay there was fine. The carpet in the main areas could use some updating as it seemed fairly worn and dirty. The elevator was very noisy and could use TLC also. Our room was in pretty good condition though. I feel the price is a little expensive too, as $200/night in Kittanning is overpriced.

it was high priced for an only average hotel. Only two hotels in Kittanning and the one where we usually stay was full.
