"It is a decent hotel, great location on the beach, and large spacious rooms. We had a great view with a gulf front room. However, staff is hard to find. We had issues with hot water in the shower in the evening, and then NO hot water at all in the morning. Called the front desk - no answer, only automated voicemail to leave a message. Left a mesage, no one called back until we checked out. Never had such a problem in a hotel in my entire life. Staff in the beach were rude and not helpful. For the quality of the service, this hotel is way overpriced."
