The hotel overall I enjoyed. Its clean, staff is great and friendly when asking for directions. The only thing I hated was that I had called in advance to have all my rooms (4 rooms) in the same floor and adjacent to each other. Person that helped me over the phone never told me I had to check in person vs checking in at the kiosk because the kiosk will give random room numbers. So once I had checked in through the kiosk I had to wait in the horrible line to have all the room stuff figured out. By the time they got to me it was too late and in order to stay in the same floor one of us (me) had to stay without the city view and not even close to me party 😭 which sucked. No additional discount was offered and I had paid extra for the city view. I felt swindled but I didn’t want to ruin my family’s vacation and mine by arguing and becoming upset since most of my family was there for the first time and visiting from out of the US of A.

The room was huge yet cheap. The beds were very comfortable. Nice sizedTV in the room. Very clean and quiet. Curtains were thick so no light came in at night- very large window. The closet was large and there was lots of storage space. The bathroom was also large and well stocked. The only problem was the shower. The water was hot but not hot-hot. That wasn’t so bad though. The bigger problem was that the water sprayed out the door and soaked the floor since the shower door opened right where it sprayed down. There didn’t seem to be anyway to adjust it. We were only there one night so there so didn’t bother to report it at the time. Otherwise, the room was great and the hotel very conveniently located. Check in was so-so. Check in is strictly enforced at 4pm- there didn’t seem to be a way to get early check in. The online registration didn’t work. There were a lot of kiosks so what was a very long line moved reasonably well, once it hit 4pm. However, my kiosk had all sorts of problems. Twice an attendant had to come help- eventually going to the desk to complete check-in. There were only 2 people to help at the desk.

We enjoyed relaxing and swimming in the pool, the room had a sofa and table as well as a king bed, so good space to chill out as well as sleep. We loved eating at both baliwick and copper whisk. Highly recommend this place.
