"Staff was nice, the bedroom floors were sticky all over... as if the mop cleaner solution was bad. The box spring was broken at the foot end and made a lot a noise if you move in bed. The smell in the halfway was bad, smelled like bad food and smoke. There was a dog across the halfway that was barking loud at 2am. I could hear all the steps upstairs above me. The kitchen was very nice though! It'd be good for a long staying."

"The hotel was nice, the room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. We ended up asking to change rooms due to a noisy upstairs neighbor and the front desk staff assisted with no problems. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, but that's not a make or break for us. We would definitely stay there again. "

"When we booked it they said that they had breakfast but didn’t and then the room chairs were torn and the vent in the bathroom was hanging down"

"Room was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes. Extremely strong made us nauseated. They furniture was dented and dinged. Painted and chipped. The bedding had holes in it. Since it was a “non-smoking” room, we asked for another room. We were told 3-4 hours. Well, we asked for a refund and told we could call the manager on Monday. Mind you, it was Thursday. I asked for a refund again and they told me it would be 3-5 days. The font desk worker called the manager and said to refund our money. We left, but still waiting to see our refund. Hopefully we will get back."
