Staff on reception were inattentive. Hotel room was dirty, food was cold and not labelled. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups throughout the hotel and cocktails were an extra expense. The staff are amazing and very helpful with everything they can! Very respectful service and upper class feel! Very relaxed atmosphere! All drinks must be pub on your room tab, no cash is accepted at the bar! Menu is reasonable for a hotel but expensive for the area.
