"1. Internet stopped working for half a day on Saturday evening, sent an email got no response except an automated emailer reminding of check out next day by 11:00 AM. 2. The fan in the room was super noisy - no way - place or opportunity to report. 2 security guards at lobby who ask us to send an email to connect, unlike in hotel where one can call the reception or housekeeping."

"The road leads to the condo was quite bad as there were many constructions along the way. The property site seems to be safe with parking and living with comfortable bedding. The downside : the dining table top was simply a pc of wood flame and the dining chairs were stained with ?? coffee probably"

"The pictures on the listing was what we actually got. The place was quite clean, we did found a spot that still have a lot of cookie pieces, contacted the owner and they sent cleaners ASAP to clean up the place, changed all the bedsheets as well. Owner was nice and fast in communication. Asked for late check out and approved until 12pm. The view was gorgeous from the 45th floor, had a jacuzzi out on thr balcony, however, we didn't get a chance to use it. However, one of the bathroom curtain shade is very dirty, that needs to be changed out. Other than that, everything was good. I would book here again if I go there for vacation."
