“Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though.”

“Partiamo dalle noti dolenti....il personale quando e presente e molto molto educato e gentile...quando e presente però... perche e difficile da reperire... sarebbe meglio specialmente in piscina ci fosse più presenza....anche perché per bere bisognava andare a cercare il personale....le colazioni veramente scarse...2 torte qualche cornetto rigorosamente vuote colazione all'inglese e salata con prosciutto confezionato... il posto e incantevole ma lasciato un po andare con la manutenzione......

“Il nostro soggiorno è stato complessivamente piacevole e in linea con le aspettative. Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale. Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo...

“Lovely traditional hotel, very clean and well maintained. Nice swimming pool and on-site parking. The host was a nice lady who went over and above. We had to depart early due to our flight so missed breakfast. The host prepared sandwiches for use to take with us. Great stay, nice village, just wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Most beautiful location close to Lucca. Loved the green rolling hills around it. The breakfast was delicious and you could sit outside overlooking the hills. It was majestic. My family loved the pool too.”

“2층 9호에 묵었습니다. 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐 들고올라가기 힘들었고, 방은 다락방으로 천장이 기울어져있습니다. 6시반에 도착하니 직원들이 퇴근해서 제게 메모가 현관에 달려있었고 열쇠를 리셉션에서 셀프로 찾았습니다. 잠만 자려고 한 예약이라 큰 상관은 없었고, 화장실이 깨끗은 하지만 불편했어요. (물건 놓을 곳 없음) 아침식사는 보통은 되었고, 직원들이 친절합니다. 특히 남자직원이 열일하세요. 가격에 비해 가든에 귀엽고, 가든에서 아침을 먹으려면 부지런히 나와야합니다. 가격 대비 위치 등 괜찮았어요”
