"We stayed for one night, at 3am on both sides of our room some people were too loud and having a party. After multiple complaints nothing happened. They must have fallen asleep at 6am and finally we could get some sleep too. After a jet lagged trip not being able to sleep and staff not able to help was not a good experience"

"This place is all about the location. Perfectly situated in temple bar, extremely central. For the room it was clean and efficient. Coming from the USA it was smaller than im used to but was large enough for my partner and I to enjoy our stay. The bathroom was surprisingly large. Hot water and air conditioning worked flawlessly. Also we stayed on the 7th floor (room 503) and the music from the bar was barely noticeable, you would need to be an extremely light sleeper to be bothered. Would stay...

"Overall a nice hotel, although a bit out of the city center and not close to anything but the motorway A car or taxi necessary. We arrived on a hot day. Reservation made months in advance but received their “last room available” which was an ADA room with no air conditioning. A fan was brought in but offered little relief. We learned later that there were rooms in hotel that did offer air Conditioning. Restaurant was large and was very busy. Food order received in timely manner but no...
