When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. The staff were pretty good - they didn't come to clean the room every day as expected, but when I asked them to, they got it done. The parking attendant opened the gate late at night to let us in without having to get out and go to reception. When I asked, I was able to get an upgraded room for the difference in price...not that the "upgrade" was very noticeable, aside from having more space. Despite having a hot AND cold water knob, the temperature of the water was pretty much the same either way...and the extra room attached had no AC, so it wasn't very useful. The free breakfast was worth every penny, but I can't say much beyond that. At least the door lock and toilet were functional in the upgraded room... Bottom line is you can save a lot of money here if you want a minimal housing experience...if you're not a minimalist, look elsewhere.

Sobre a minha experiência com a estadia no hotel então, já é 4 vez que me hospedo lá.Minha única insatisfação é com o estacionamento que eles cobram por fora do valor da estadia eu acho que já devia ser incluso. Café da manhã muito bom,sobre o quarto é razoável quando o assunto é conforto porque as cobertas deviam ser mais grossinhas e deviam investir em mais travesseiros confortáveis também!

Falta de informação sobre a questão do estacionamento que é pago a parte e LIMITADO, não comporta a quantidade de hospedes. Com muita sorte a equipe foi compreensiva no atendimento da recepção e conseguiram vaga extra no estacionamento. Mas isso precisa ficar mais explícito no site da Hoteis.com, a necessidade de reservar e pagar o estacionamento com antecedência, ou corre risco de ter que estacionar o carro na rua, o que não é lá muito seguro. No mais, é um hotel compatível com o valor cobrado por hóspede. Bom custo benefício para quem está de passagem, tem o básico. Café da manhã bom, tem todos os itens básicos e clássicos de hotel, bem servido, e a todo momento é reposto o que vai faltando. Fica localizado no centro, então não tem mt opção de lanche/restaurante a noite. O local mais próximo que supre isso é o Rio Poty Shopping, mas depois das 22h não tem mais nada, só ifood.

Paguei por um quarto triplo e quando cheguei no hotel só tinha quarto duplo disponível. O estacionamento é pago a parte, não está bem esclarecido no anúncio. Depois de muita espera, resolveram minha situação. O chão do quarto e do banheiro estavam escorregadios, não sei o que passaram no piso, mas estava pegajoso e escorregadio. O colchão não é confortável. Não gostei da experiência.

A torneira do banheiro e o chuveiro estavam quebrados, ficava a noite toda pingando e fazendo zuada. Estacionamento desorganizado, atendentes um não informa o outro o que é acertado, camas de solteiro unidas como se fosse de casal,elevador confuso, colocamos pra descer,ele faz é subir, cafe da manhã muito simples, todo dia a mesma coisa, pães duros, sucos azedos, não tem um chocolate quente, não tem um leite zero lactose, enfim deixou muito a desejar.

Quarto parecia um calabouço, no fundo do fundo do hotel. Extremamente antigo até o azulejo era azul. A porta dava pra ver que já tinha sido arrombada. Estacionamento cobrado é horrível, pequeno, tinha q pedir pra abrir o portão que só era uma entrada, coco de gato pra todo lado . Péssima experiência.
