“The owner (or manager?) was very nice and welcoming. He immediately replaced broken microwave oven, no questions asked, and let us move in 1 hour earlier.
The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils.
The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing. ”

The kind staff upgraded us to a room with a bigger bed that was firm and had a hot tub in the room for no additional charge. The hot tub was very helpful for his back.
