"My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. The property was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. I slept well, moved through the space with ease, and never once felt unsure or overlooked. "The laundry service was horrible. Not once in my 3 night stay was my room cleaned! I asked the front desk to bring more towels and to at least empty trash and it never happened! I used the same towel to take a shower the whole time! "

"There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff"
